Elevating you to be a more confident, curious, and resilient artist.

One-on-one Sessions & Group Classes

Instilling good BRAIN habits can help with all aspects of your singing - and, dare I say, your LIFE.

Whether you’re putting these in place from the beginning of your training or incorporating them later, I promise you will get a lot of bang for the buck with these strategies.

  • Private Sessions

Sessions can be used to work on anything that you'd like - technique, performance, practice strategies, continuing to integrate mindful strategies into your singing, traditional voice lessons - whatever is helpful to you.

We can also work together to help you implement these techniques and tools into your own teaching practice.

Longer sessions are good for really digging in, goal setting, experimenting, and creating a plan for independence.

We offer drop-in sessions (book as you go), or monthly subscriptions (full or half time) for a 15% discounted rate on a drop in session.

  • Group Classes

    In Person and Virtual

Group Classes are at the heart of what we do. We have found community to be a profound asset in helping achieve your most confident self. We use carefully crafted techniques from mindfulness, contemplative education, voice science, educational expertise, theatre, and motor learning to explore ourselves and our singing. We help you find the tools you need to be the best, most-fulfilled voice user you can be.

Group classes are kept small to ensure you get the most intimate, individualized experience possible.

More Benefits of Integrating Mindfulness into your Singing Practice

Balance the stress that can come with singing

  • Audition pressure

  • Balancing all the life responsibilities with your singing

  • Navigating your anxiety

  • Strategies to minimize choking when you get to the performance (audition, presentation, big test…see how I put in the life stuff, too?)

  • Self-talk

  • Noticing what’s going on (in both your body and your mind) and tinkering to find out what works for your voice and your artistry

  • Slowing down and taking up more space with your performances and auditions WITHOUT APOLOGIZING

  • Find more fun and play in your individual practice

Gaining tools that have nothing to do with singing (*surprise!) that can set you up for stronger, less-scary auditions and performances - NAVIGATE THAT ANXIETY!

  • Feeling more confident in your own abilities, wherever you are, so you can learn more quickly while maintaining your artistry

  • Embrace who you are and your voice more fully
